No. While productivity may come up, the deeper focus is on quality of life, self-trust, and sustainability—not hustle culture.


No long-term commitment is required. Many people benefit from ongoing support, while others drop in when they need it most. 


Coaching is usually not covered by traditional health insurance. That said, many people successfully use Health or Wellness Spending Accounts to cover the cost.

Some employers also include coaching as a benefit, so it may be worth checking with your HR team if you’re currently employed.
