Welcome to the ADHD SpeakEasy!! We are so glad you found us.

ADHD SpeakEasy coaching is the brainchild of JP Gunn and Laura Bloom.

In our 15+ years of experience working with neuro-spicy individuals, we've noticed a growing need: strongly neuro-affirming, low-key, and hands-on support for newly diagnosed—or highly suspecting—ADHD adults who are fed up with the shame, frustration, executive dysfunction, and chaos that can come with ADHD.

Unlike bigger organizations or influencer coaches who spend more time creating content than connecting with clients, we do things differently.

We keep a small, intentionally matched client roster so we can stay laser-focused on you. Our time and energy go toward providing personalized support, practical tools, and a judgment-free space where unmasking is not only welcomed—it’s encouraged.

We’re here to help you embrace and harness the full power of your ADHD mind.

If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, send us an email, book a chat, or go old school and give us a call!

ADHD SpeakEasy is a neuro-affirming space offering practical, compassionate support for adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified). We focus on understanding how your brain works and helping you build systems that actually fit your life.

ADHD SpeakEasy is for adults who:

  • Have ADHD or strongly suspect they do
  • Feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out or frustrated by executive dysfunction
  • Are tired of shame-based advice and "just try harder" solutions
  • Want support that is practical, human, and judgment-free

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to participate. Curiosity is enough.

No. ADHD SpeakEasy does not provide therapy, medical advice, or diagnosis. What we offer is coaching-style support, education, and tools focused on daily life, habits, and self-understanding.

If you’re working with a therapist, doctor, or psychiatrist, ADHD SpeakEasy can complement that work.

We don’t try to "fix" you.

Our approach is:

  • Neuro-affirming (your brain isn’t broken)
  • Low-pressure and realistic
  • Focused on systems, not willpower
  • Built around curiosity, compassion, and experimentation

We meet you where you are—and build from there.

That’s extremely common—and not a failure on your part.

Many ADHD strategies fail because they weren’t designed for your brain. We focus on gentle experimentation and personalization rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
